Uiteindelijk is het Zakynthos geworden. Jaren al wilde ik naar de Ionische eilanden: ik werd altijd gelokt door de groene bossen en de turquoise wateren, maar om de een of andere redenen heb ik enkel nog maar eilanden in de Egeische zee bezocht (ik tel nu even Kythira niet mee, waar ik 3 dagen ben geweest in 2000). Ik was wel even bang voor dronken Britse toeristen, maar er is me gezegd dat die enkel in Laganas zitten.<\/p>\n<p>Nog redenen waarom we willen gaan?
